Not to make or use synthetic explosives
(1) Any kind of bomb or any other explosive substance by manipulating, altering or altering the shape, form or shape of common consumer goods used or consumed by the general public or the physical or chemical elements of such goods by any physical or chemical process, formula, measure or method.
